Requirements for the documents which are submitted for performance of notarial acts

The documents which do not comply with the applicable legal requirements or contain the data discrediting honor, dignity or business reputation of an individual or legal entity; the documents which contain erasures, additions, crossed out words or other unspecified corrections, or the documents the texts of which cannot be read as a result of damage, or the documents written in pencil – shall not be accepted for performance of notarial acts.

The documents executed in the Ukrainian or Russian language shall be accepted for performance of notarial acts.

If a document is executed in another language, it shall be translated into the Ukrainian or Russian language.
